Bio
Moser Woods is a
two piece , progressive, instrumental,
rock band comprised of keys and
drums. Lance Hoeppner and Rick
Kinney have been creating music together
for over 12 years. This experience has
lead to performances with many great
acts such as Buckethead, Rusted Root,
Lotus, and many more (listed below).
With their unique sound and great live
show, Moser Woods has established a
niche that is all their own. Playing for
thousands of people each year Moser
Woods has created a large fan base in
the mid-west and is always looking to
expand. Their live show is not something
you can forget, creating a massive sound
with only two musicians on stage.

Hidden Relic Review by Joey B. :
Moser Woods
took the stage a little after 12:30am. I
knew I really liked Moser Woods, but I
didn't know how much. They're by far one
of the most skillful bands in IN, as
they create pure art. From progressive,
quick time, full on psychedelic to an
almost trance, ambient, space sound.
While taking a smoke break the drummer
for UTS and I were trying to specify
Moser Wood's sound. We said it was
Psychedelic, Ambient, Progressive, Jammy,
Trance, Indie, Space Rock.
Moser Woods is a duo with one guy on
keys, and another on drums. They had to
be doing a lot to keep the energy alive.
The key player Lance is one of the best
I've ever seen. He can create a nice
relaxing melody, or take it down into a
crazy jam filled dead type song. The
drummer Rick is definitely one of the
best around. He is honestly probably the
second best drummer I've ever seen play
next to Carter Beauford of Dave Matthews
Band. He was quick, on time, and never
missed a beat. Together the pair made up
a very skillful band. If you're into
songs that make you think, are truly
organic, and will give you chills.... Go
see Moser Woods.
